Discover Wuzhen, the best-preserved water town in China, on an 10-hour private tour from Shanghai, and explore the peaceful network of canals that date back more than 1,300 years. See carefully restored architecture, age-old schools, and more.

Your guide will pick you up in the morning from your hotel, for a 2-hour transfer to Wuzhen in northern Zhejiang Province. Upon arrival, explore the town’s main sights, including a traditional workshop district, traditional food district, and water town customs area.

Wander the well-preserved canals, crossing over bridges, and past canal houses, some of which are 4 centuries old and boast beautiful carved doors and windows. Visit an ancient indigo fabric workshop, and go to the water market to savor the scents of authentic foods.

You will also visit a Wedding Museum, and learn about Chinese foot binding at the Culture Museum. Discover old schools and a performance stage, and try the local cuisine in a traditional restaurant. You will take a relaxing gondola ride to fully appreciate the charming of the ancient township scenery.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 10 day(s) before the usage date, no fee will be charged for cancellation.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 7 day(s) before the usage date, a fee of 30% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 3 day(s) before the usage date, a fee of 70% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 1 day(s) before the usage date, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Please note:

The fee you pay includes pick-up and drop-off services within the inner ring of Shanghai, with a distance of ten kilometers from People’s Square as the center. Pick-up and drop-off services outside the center of Shanghai, such as Pudong International Airport, Hongqiao International Airport, Wusongkou International Passenger Terminal, Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, Shanghai Disneyland, Qingpu District, Jiading District, Chuansha District, Songjiang District, Fengxian District, etc., need to pay the difference.

Generally, an additional fee of no more than 30 USD (about 220 RMB) is required for a one-way trip, which should be paid separately to the driver.
