Master-of-Nets Garden
This full-day exploration of Suzhou City and ZhouZhuang Water Village starts at 8:30 from your hotel or cruise terminal in Shanghai, where your private guide will pick you up and head to Suzhou. The first stop of the day will be the Master-of-Nets Garden. It is the smallest one of the Suzhou residential gardens but is considered as one of the most impressive ones in town. Its unique design, ethereal beauty, and enduring cultural significance have seen it proclaimed a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Suzhou Silk Museum
Afterward, head to the No.1 silk mill. At the factory, you will see complete production of silkworm raising, cocoon sorting, cocoon boiling, reeling, yarn spinning, and packing. Furthermore, at the product exhibition hall, you will see a collection of products produced by this factory.
Suzhou Ancient Grand Canal
The ancient suzhou river, as part of the grand canal, surrounds the beautiful ancient suzhou city like a jade belt. The ancient canal landscape protection zone is not only a green corridor around suzhou, but also connects many historical and cultural relics of suzhou, becoming a hot tourist route for Chinese and foreign tourists. Along the ancient canal there are the ruins of suzhou ancient city wall, pan men, gu xu men, mi duqiao and other beautiful scenic spots.
Then you’ll have lunch in a local Chinese restaurant near the Ancient Grand Canal. You will try some local dishes.
Zhouzhuang Water Town
After lunch, you will be driven to ZhouZhuang Water Village. Wander about the heart of the village you will get a real feel for local life by the water and enjoy lovely scenes of white-washed houses, stone bridges and traditional-style houses by a boat ride.
Finally，return to Shanghai.
For Option 1: Half accompanying Service
Upon the conclusion of the tour, the Hangzhou guide will leave from here , and you will take the bullet train and back to Shanghai Hotel by yourself.
Option 2: Full accompanying Service
You will take the bullet train and back to Shanghai Hotel accompanied by your tour guide. The Private hotel drop-off are available from Hongqiao bullet train station to downtown Shanghai.

Pick-up and drop-off services outside the center of Shanghai, such as Pudong International Airport, Hongqiao International Airport, Wusongkou International Passenger Terminal, Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, Shanghai Disneyland, Qingpu District, Jiading District, Chuansha District, Songjiang District, Fengxian District, etc., need to pay the difference.
Generally, an additional fee of no more than 30 USD (about 220 RMB) is required for a one-way trip, which should be paid separately to the driver.
